Four Full‑Time Roles Open in Delhi
The firm seeks candidates to work from a hybrid setup, combining office presence with remote duties. The roles are classified as full‑time and target professionals who can manage cases in high courts, district courts, and specialized tribunals.
Applicants must bring at least 5+ years of post‑qualification experience, with a proven track record in banking or financial disputes and criminal litigation. Strong courtroom exposure and the ability to draft complex pleadings are emphasized.
- Handle litigation involving banking, finance, recovery, SARFAESI, DRT, NCLT and related proceedings.
- Represent clients before High Courts, District Courts, DRTs, NCLT and other judicial or quasi‑judicial forums.
- Manage criminal complaints, bail applications, investigations and related court processes.
- Conduct hearings, devise case strategies and oversee litigation independently.
- Draft and review petitions, applications, written statements, legal notices, appeals and other documents.
- Perform detailed legal research and provide practical opinions.
- Coordinate with clients, senior counsel, investigators and other stakeholders.
- Track case progress, court dates, filings and compliance requirements.
- Maintain case records and supply timely updates on litigation status.
- Assist in shaping recovery, dispute resolution and litigation management strategies.
Strong courtroom exposure is a core requirement; candidates should have appeared regularly in high‑profile hearings and demonstrated the ability to argue persuasively before judges.
Drafting expertise is equally critical. The role requires preparing detailed petitions, appeals and legal notices, demanding precision and an eye for detail that aligns with prevailing procedural rules.

Required qualifications include an LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognized institution and several years of relevant experience.
