Legora and Sirion are joining forces to connect agentic legal AI with enterprise contract intelligence. The integration combines the context-aware contract lifecycle management platform from Sirion with the AI capabilities of Legora’s operating system for legal work. The partnership aims to give in-house legal teams a single connected experience that bridges the gap between separate contract management and legal research systems.
Connecting Commercial Context and Legal Research
Under the agreement, mutual customers can search for contracts, precedents, and negotiated terms within Sirion and bring that data into the Legora platform. This allows the AI to generate legal insights, summaries, and drafts based on the actual agreements the business has made. While drafting, reviewing, or negotiating in Sirion, users will be able to draw on Legora’s legal research to check each contract against prevailing case law, legislation, and regulations. The system returns answers with citations and suggests amendments to address issues it surfaces.
Sirion remains the system of record for all draft and executed contracts. There is no manual downloading or re-uploading required between the two platforms. Permissions defined in Sirion carry through to Legora automatically, ensuring users can only see and act on contracts they are already entitled to access. This eliminates the need for a separate permission set and removes any approval steps before work can begin.
Rolling Out in Phases
Both companies describe the move as an extension of their commitment to serving in-house legal teams and law firms. Sirion is the latest addition to Legora’s ecosystem of integrations across the modern legal stack. The Legora-Sirion integration will roll out in phases, beginning with select beta customers. Broader availability and additional capabilities will be communicated to mutual customers over time.
Enterprises are moving quickly to put agentic AI to work in legal, but the value of those agents depends on the context they act on, Patrick Reymann, a research director at IDC, notes that legal AI platforms provide reasoning while contract intelligence platforms hold negotiated commitments. Connecting the two with governance carried through gives legal teams answers grounded in both the law and the business’s own agreements.
Legora supports more than 130,000 legal professionals at over 2,000 organizations across 80 markets. Sirion, meanwhile, handles more than seven million contracts for many of the world’s largest enterprises, supporting over 100 languages.
