He was picked up from a mall in central Kolkata after Kolkata Police acquired inputs from Ranchi Police. It should be well-known that there are situations filed in direction of Rajiv Kumar in Jharkhand.
Kumar is called the PIL man who represented petitions in direction of Hemant Soren alleging graft and mining irregularities in direction of the Jharkhand CM and as well as accused him of money laundering.
